Using this site
These terms apply to your use of southwestwheels.ca, run by Southwest Wheels and Customs ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or any other law that can't be waived by agreement.
Information on this site
We try to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, including services, brands, hours and photos. Our blog posts and service pages are general information to help you make decisions about your vehicle. They are not a substitute for an in-person inspection, and fitment, safety and legal questions depend on your exact vehicle. Talk to us before relying on anything for a specific job.
Photos show examples of our work and of products we carry. Your finished result will depend on your vehicle and the products you choose.
Quotes, prices and availability
- Sending a quote request doesn't create a contract or an appointment. A job is booked when we confirm it with you.
- Prices on the site, in the online shop or in our ads can change without notice and may not include installation, shop supplies, disposal fees or taxes unless stated.
- Stock comes from our suppliers and can change quickly. If something you ordered isn't available, we'll contact you with options or a refund for anything you've paid.
- If a price is shown in error, we can correct it before we confirm your order. If you've already paid, you can cancel for a full refund.
Ads, offers and promotions
We advertise on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other platforms. Any offer in an ad or on the site is subject to the details stated with it, such as dates, eligible products or vehicles, and quantities. Unless an offer says otherwise, it can't be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and applies while supplies last. We can end or change a promotion at any time, but we'll honour any offer we've already confirmed with you in writing.
Online shop and bookings
Our tire and wheel search, ordering and booking tools are provided by TireConnect. When you use them, TireConnect's own terms and privacy policy apply as well. Orders and bookings made online are confirmed by us, and the details of the sale (price, install date, warranty, returns) are set out at that time.
Work at the shop
Tires, wheels, films and other products come with their manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship terms, return terms and any warranty we offer on labour are given to you when you book or pay. It's your responsibility to make sure the products you choose, including window tint shades, suit your vehicle and comply with the rules that apply where you drive. We'll tell you what we know, and we won't install anything we believe is unsafe.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Send false information, spam or someone else's details through our forms.
- Try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, our forms or the online shop.
- Use bots or scrapers to copy content or prices from the site.
- Use the site for anything illegal.
Our content and trademarks
The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Tire, wheel, film and vehicle brand names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners. Showing them means we carry or work with those products, not that the brand sponsors this site.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, such as Google Maps, manufacturers and social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty for the website
The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error free or free of harmful code. This section is about the website itself, not the products and services you buy from us, which are covered by the terms given at the time of sale and by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the work we do on your vehicle, or any liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
